This is a story about Vicki Rich.
It’s no wonder she was blessed
with her last name,
as Vicki was wealthy in giving and love.
Vicki Rich blessed Middle Creek as a skillful and compassionate teacher, colleague, and friend through the final and precious six years of her life.

While embracing life wholeheartedly despite challenging times, Vicki inspired us all with a genuine sense of appreciation as she lived each day with generosity and grace. This is what the children saw in her. It’s no wonder they were drawn to her fascination and wonder, to her reverence for the magic of learning, and their part in the great and evolving story of life.
Vicki was patient and genuinely committed to the details of each child’s curiosities and needs. She endeavored to meet them as if she had all the time in the world, and called to the best in everyone.
We can think of no better way to honor Vicki’s life and the seeds she’s planted, than by establishing a teacher training scholarship fund in her name. Through this fund, we are hoping to be able to offer financial support to eligible staff members who are interested in contributing to the future of Middle Creek by deepening their expertise with further training at an approved Montessori teacher training institute.

Contributions to the Vicki Rich Teacher Training Fund are tax deductible and will play a large part in the ongoing mission of Middle Creek, where we do our best to give our best to every child - just like Vicki did.
