Dear Middle Creek Parent,
Middle Creek thrives because it is more than just a school; it is a community of children, faculty, staff, family, alumni and friends. As a Middle Creek parent I have watched my son become a vibrant, creative and caring young soul largely due to the joy found in his classroom each day. He thrives in this environment. It is with true respect, and love for this community, that I write you today as the chairperson for the school’s 2009 Annual Fund and ask for your support.
Annual giving helps to close the gap between the cost of running the school and tuition charged and collected. For the 2009-2010 school year tuition increased a modest 4% despite increased costs. The Board of Directors work diligently to maintain affordable tuition and successful fundraising supports their efforts by keeping tuition as low as possible, while providing the operational funds necessary to enrich our classrooms, support faculty development, provide funding for enrichment programs and scholarships to eligible students.
With this in mind, on November 9th a volunteer will be calling you to ask you to support the Annual Fund. As this date approaches, please take a moment to reflect on the way your child thrives in this special Montessori environment, and consider making a gift. Whether small, large, or somewhere in between, your tax-deductible gift will have an immediate and lasting impact in the classroom and throughout our beloved community. Our goal is 100% participation with hopes to raise $25,000.
Please join me as we work together to continue to enrich the lives of our children by supporting the school’s mission to Explore, Discover and Achieve. Your gift to the Annual Fund can be made in several ways:
- it can be directed to an area of specific interest (e.g., faculty development);
- monthly installments are welcome, and can be conveniently invoiced with tuition;
- checks are accepted;
- you can even pay via Pay Pal on the school’s website (pretty high-tech, huh?)
